IC Solution is an optional software package for Nexera IC that works in combination with LabSolutions LCGC, Shimadzu’s standard CDS. It combines routine and advanced ion chromatography functions in a single, easy‑to‑use interface. Template‑based methods guide users through standardized workflows, so complex sequences can be started with just a few clicks. Multiple chromatograms and quantitative results can be reviewed at a glance, including automatic detection and flagging of outliers. Comprehensive reports with calibration curves and pass/fail information are generated automatically. This reduces manual data handling, shortens review time, and supports consistent, regulation‑ready reporting.

Combined with additional Analytical Intelligence features, such as FlowPilot‑controlled start‑up, Mobile Phase Monitor, automated sample dilution and integrated QC and reporting functions, Nexera IC adds a high level of automation to ion chromatography, increasing throughput while reducing manual effort and the need for repeat analyses.
